All New Catching Fire Poster Revealed!

Check out this all new movie poster for the upcoming Hunger Games sequel, “Catching Fire!” The poster shows Jennifer Lawrence posed as “The Girl On Fire,” Katniss Everdeen! For those Hunger Games fan who haven’t picked up the sequel yet, the upcoming movie has been described to be about, “Katniss and Peeta’s victory is cut short as the Quarter Quell puts them back into the Hunger Games for the second time.”

This poster just makes us even more excited for the film to come out! “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” will be released November 22 of this year!

Congratulations Jennifer Lawrence!

Jennifer Lawrence took home the Oscar Award for Best Actress In A Leading Role for her work in the “Silver Linings Playbook”.

In 2012, Jennifer acted in four movies including the “Silver Linings Playbook”, “The Hunger Games”, “Devil You Know” and “House At The End Of The Street”. Fans can expect to see more of the Oscar winner in 2013. This year she is in three films that are set for release including the second installment of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”.

Final Hunger Games Film Mockingjay Split Into Two Parts

Lionsgate announced Tuesday The Hunger Games: Mockingjay will be split into two films. Mockingjay is the third and final book in The Hunger Games trilogy. Production on the film adaptation of the second book, Catching Fire, will begin this fall.

Part 1 of Mockingjay is scheduled to hit theaters on November 21, 2014 while part 2 is set for a November 20, 2015 release date.

Hunger Games To Make Debut at MTV Movie Awards June 3—Will You Be Voting?

Come June 3, “The Hunger Games” will enter a brand-new arena: the2012 MTV Movie Awards. And this is one fiery debut for the film franchise, with eight nominations, including Movie of the Year, Best Cast, Best Female Lead (Jennifer Lawrence), Best Male Performance (Josh Hutcherson), Breakthrough Performance (Liam Hemsworth), Best On-Screen Transformation (Elizabeth Banks), Best Fight (Lawrence and Hutcherson vs. Alexander Ludgwig), and Best Kiss (Lawrence and Hutcherson).
